Confinement couldn’t stop members of the Verbier Festival Chamber Orchestra from celebrating music together during the first wave of the pandemic. This unorthodox and still beautiful performance of Beethoven’s Second Symphony was performed from living rooms across the globe and conducted by the orchestra’s Music Director Gábor Takács-Nagy from the splendour of his garden in Geneva.
